Crystal

Crystal has worked in various roles in the over 4 years that she has been with the company. She currently works as our Transaction Coordinator. She’s a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and manifestation. Crystal is the main point of contact with our sellers once they are under contract, and she helps find a positive solution to their most immediate needs. She enjoys working with clients to provide a hassle-free closing on their property. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and the rest of her family.

Ruby

Ruby is our Marketing Assistant and has over 5 years of knowledge in the real estate market. She keeps the company flowing efficiently by handling the company’s marketing needs. She is rooted in faith, loves to cook, and puts her family life as her priority.

Frank

Frank plays an integral part of the LPI Home Buyers team as the Leads Manager. He has a master’s degree in computer science and is also a tutor. In his spare time, he enjoys writing poetry, playing/watching soccer, traveling, and learning new things. He lives by the motto of: “Do your best to help however you can to anyone who needs it!” Every day is a challenge I love to take on!

Gaby

Gaby has been in the real estate industry for over 3 years now. She has held various roles at LPI Home Buyers, and she is currently part of the dispositions team. Gaby specializes in handling all the behind-the-scenes details to ensure that your property sale process is seamless. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all our clients.

Lisa

Lisa is thrilled to be a part of the LPI Home Buyers team after almost 10 years in the real estate industry. She is a dedicated problem solver who loves helping people, whether they be clients, friends, or both! In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, travel, and spending time with her 3 adult daughters. She is living the dream in Baja Norte with her rescued Chihuahua/Miniature Greyhound, Coco Bean.

Joan

Joan Bontigao is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. With nearly five years of experience under her belt, Joan has a deep understanding of the market and a proven track record of success when it comes to selling properties in various markets.

Joan is more than just a talented Transaction Coordinator. She is also incredibly passionate about giving back to her community, particularly when it comes to working with youth volunteer groups. In her free time, Joan loves to cook and is known for whipping up delicious meals for her friends and family.

Logan

Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, Logan Tabor brings over seven years of real estate experience and a genuine passion for helping others to every client interaction. Throughout his career, Logan has overseen more than 3,500 real estate transactions across the nation, gaining extensive knowledge in all aspects of the industry while building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Logan’s approach to real estate is grounded in care, integrity, and community. 

Logan believes that success is measured not only by results, but by the positive impact made on the lives of those he serves. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or managing complex multi-state deals, Logan’s focus remains on creating a smooth, transparent, and rewarding experience for everyone involved. With a strong background in real estate, Dylan has successfully facilitated numerous property sales, gaining in-depth expertise in market strategy, client relations, and property valuation. Currently serving as a Property Acquisition Specialist with LPI Home Buyers, Dylan focuses on helping property owners achieve smooth, transparent, and efficient sales. His approach is centered on providing sellers with a simple, stress-free way to sell their property while ensuring they receive fair value and professional support throughout the entire process. 

Andie

Andie is a licensed Registered Psychometrician and experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in supporting startups, SMEs, and established companies across the US, Canada, Germany, Ireland, and the Philippines. She has built HR departments from the ground up, managed large-scale teams across multiple locations, and led initiatives in recruitment, organizational development, employee engagement, training, and compliance. Andie has provided HR consulting services across industries like healthcare, real estate, and hospitality, developed career coaching and resume-building programs, and facilitated corporate training sessions to help teams align with company values and grow in their roles.

Carlos

Carlos has over 10 years of experience in pre-foreclosures and real estate. He loves helping people with creative solutions, providing value and education. In his spare time, he enjoys detailing high-end luxury and exotic vehicles.

May

With over five years of experience in the real estate industry, May brings strong communication skills and persistence to every client interaction. Her background also includes roles in cold calling, customer service and documentation, equipping her with a well-rounded skill set and attention to detail. May thrives on learning new tasks and sees every challenge as an opportunity for growth.

May is excited that her professional exposure has now expanded as a Disposition Assistant, opening the door to new learning and ventures. As a dedicated professional and a mother, she values time management and is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance while consistently delivering high-quality results.
